Shipping Policy

Lunelle Haven is operated by HOME CLOTH LLC.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We also accept deliveries to:

• PO Boxes

• APO addresses

• FPO addresses

• DPO addresses

At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories.

2. Shipping Cost

Free shipping is available on all orders.

There is no minimum purchase requirement for free shipping.

3. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is successfully placed.

Orders may not be processed on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 4–8 business days, including processing and transit.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through:

• USPS

• UPS

• FedEx

We may also use another reliable carrier when appropriate based on the destination and order requirements.

6. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Lunelle Haven is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
