These Sales Terms apply to purchases made through Lunelle Haven.
1. Product Purchase
When you place an order, you agree to purchase the selected products at the price displayed at checkout, subject to product availability and successful payment authorization.
2. Product Availability
Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products when necessary.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes generally do not affect orders already successfully placed.
4. Promotions
Promotional and discounted products are eligible for return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
5. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Available payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, subject to availability at checkout.
6. Shipping
Free shipping is currently available on all orders.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days.
7. Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Customers must contact support@lunellehaven.com before returning an item.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refunds are generally processed within 1–3 business days, while financial institutions may require an additional 3–7 business days.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.
Cancellation requests submitted before shipment may be considered but are not guaranteed.
